It was instead as busy as his other hand as he was not only blocking with that shield he was also performing some offensive maneuvers with it like shield bash, shield strike, shield uppercut, heavy push, seismic slam, and such.

It was as if he was combining two battle styles as one – particularly the styles of a shield warrior and a spearman during a battle.
