Harem Tournament of Champions

Chapter 149 Not A Dream

An hour later,

Pushing off against Utuk, Yoru stretches her body.

The dead bodies of the ladies covered in semen and blood had her shake her head at the sight.

Pointing with her index finger at the green and blue hobgoblin, she beckoned them forward.

"Gully..."

Whipping his head up, Gully responds almost instantly, his voice cracking up the moment his gaze was fixated on the corpses once more.

"Who do you think deserves the grand prize?"

Recalling what they had all witnessed, the blue hobgoblin had been the one to pull on the brunette after he had finished off the other.

It had led to a slight altercation between the two as they shoved and pushed to have their way in on her until they chose to thrust in from different holes.

"They had both gone at it..." Gully begins with his thoughts on the act.

Yoru nodded her head, a wide grin at the twist in what she had thought would have been easy to tell the winner.

"But..." Gully dragged on his speech, raising his head as he came up with his side of the story.

"Both had thrusted with reckless abandon, but he had been the one to give the final thrust in her anus before she died."

The blue hobgoblin let out a sigh of relief at being pointed at, dropping to the floor due to weak knees.

Yoru contemplated the observation, humming as she gave it a thought and made a mental replay of what had happened.

The green hobgoblin shook his head, scared for his life at not being chosen.

"Huh Uggg Nuggh!" He tried to defend himself, shaking his head at the possible verdict.

Even though Yoru couldn't understand what was said, she could tell he was trying to deny it being true.

Patting the hair, she whispers in his ear. "That's alright."

Boom!

The blue hobgoblin pushed back, screeching in fear and repeatedly bowing in front of Yoru in an apology.

Translating the words that were repeatedly spoken, Gully spoke up for him. "He is very sorry and wishes to make it up to you by going back in search of more females."

"Is that so?" Yoru cackles, shaking her head.

Nodding his head once more, he looked at her, pleading for mercy in case she changes her mind and blows him up alongside his friend.

"I always keep my word," Yoru assures, assuming it might have been the reason he was so scared and resorted to bowing repeatedly till blood was drawn.

Snapping her fingers to get everyone's attention, she tilted her head and narrowed her eyes at Gully.

"Aren't you forgetting about something?"

Racking his thoughts on the possible slip, cold sweat dripped down his forehead. Hoping he could get the desired results on time.

Unable to wait till he figures it out, she hints at the last group of people she had told them to capture.

Gulp!

Gully's heart sank at the thought of what all hordes had gone through attacking the citadel.

Not one of the hobgoblins was able to escape the massacre that had occurred there.

From the telepathic message sent from those who tried to flee before their demise, they had gotten to know of the impenetrable barrier over the harem that prevented them from touching any of them.

With this, some of the harems had overtaken and fought back with equal force.

With a heavy heart, he responds with a shake of his head, "Zero, it is..."

He paused, unsure if it was safe to report the latter and not get killed from her spontaneous outbursts of anger.

Nodding her head to the response, Yoru let out a sigh, "as expected."

Gully raised his head, his yellow eyes flashed with hope, slightly thankful she understood the situation.

"... A vast majority of our horde which had attacked the citadel had been killed. No! All had perished at the hands of either the harem, the Vandrik on their side, or the over–"

He gulped at the raise of her hand to stop him from speaking further.

"It's best you refrain from stirring up my unreasonable side with the mention of the immortal's title!"

Nodding his head and apologizing, Gully hoped he would be able to scale and live to see another day.

Yoru knew it would be a difficult task to get the last requirement needed for the grand ritual.

Although impossible, there was only one way of going around it, and she was determined to exploit such means.

The thought of Pesa once more had her gritting her teeth in rage.

'I had thought you could do one task as I had instructed, yet you betrayed me just like those other two tribal chiefs!'

Taking a few steps back, Gully was skeptical about the frown and the Sux that coated her body as Yoru was deep in her thoughts.

'If anyone could be convinced to join me, I and my partners would be one step closer to gaining immortality!' She commented with a growing smirk.

Waving her hand to dismiss the hobgoblin, she commanded Gully to take care of the living nineteen chained males.

They were her only hope of starting little, she was certain after a bit of winning them over with her charms, they would be unknowing willing participants in her secret plans.

"Keep them in one of my chambers, treat them to quality meals. I need them in top shape." She orders firmly.

Giving a bow, Gully plays a supervisory role as he uses his newfound position to direct the other hobgoblins on leading and pulling their captives.

"Wait!" Yoru orders as her gaze falls on Ni.

'What the hell does she want?' He rolls his eyes at her approach.

Trying to move forward, he was pushed back by one of the hobgoblins who shook his head and snarled at his near insubordination.

"Gan il duk!"

"Whatever you just said, mate, I fucking don't understand but I can tell you just cursed at me." Ni points out.

He had merely turned his attention back to Yoru when he felt her hand on him.

Pulling him by the neck, she planted a kiss on his lips, pulling away with a sheepish smile.

Ni was left stunned at the action, disturbed that he might be the next target if he falls in her favor.

"You will accept me." She vowed in a whisper, winking at him.

He winces at the gesture, dodging locking gazes with her anymore and taking little steps due to the restrictions in their ankles.

Yoru blew a kiss his way as she skipped toward one of her partners.

Placing a kiss on one of them, she felt a pull on her wrist and onto his thighs.

Her cheeks were flushed at the aggressive mannerism of Liam, the second partner alongside the replacement for Gregg– Whit.

"You've had your fun, it is time we cultivate to stabilize that energy stored in you." Liam's hoarse voice had her melt in his arms.

Whit raised a brow at the two, being a bit new to the actions between the two, he crawled in their direction, leaning over and kissing her.

"Mmmf!" She let out a muffled moan.

Once the kiss had been broken, she pulled him back in for another.

With his lips just a few inches away from hers, his breath fanning over her face. They stared at each other for a while till she finally spoke. "We can't here."

"I know." Whit smiled down at her, scooping her in his arms while being followed by Liam.

In Mertac–Thel's hideout,

.....

"Where are you going?"

Thel's voice echoed in his thoughts as he twisted and turned, disturbed by the recurrent dream.

He could see Mia smiling at him and Ni, handing over a broken jade piece into their palms.

"Take this to remember me when I'm gone." She had relayed with tears trailing down her face.

Shaking his head, Thel reached out for Mia but to his shock and horror, his hand passed through her hand as it turned to mist.

"Mia!!!" He had called, holding onto the sleeve of Ni to be sure that it wasn't a dream at the time.

"Where are you going?! Don't leave me–us!!" He called out with tears brimming in his eyes.

.....

"Don't leave me." He muttered in his sleep, with tears trailing across his nose to his left eye.

Gasp!

Jolting awake, he sat up straight and looked around his room.

The dark and gloomy surroundings looked more like he was staring at darkness as though he had never opened them.

Slowly moving towards the edge of the bed, he held his head as a dizzy spell made him feel light-headed.

His eyes were glued to the faint glow on his wrist.

Bringing his wrist back on his thigh, he stared at it in bewilderment. "It wasn't just a dream?"
