" You are all family." Aaron also tapped her shoulder to make her feel more comfortable.

" Beside, I heard you took great care of our son in Paris when he was going through some stuff."

" No, no. He is a handful, how can two of us handle him?" She chuckled. If she judge someone as good, she would start being frank with them immediately.

" hahaha, it's fine. He has been like that since he was a kid." Carol didn't get what she was trying to say. She thought they were complaining about his being a mischievous boy which she was very well aware of.

" Who do we have here?" They finally noticed the little girl clinging to Samuel's leg. Her big eyes were blinking curiously observing the strangers.

" This is Elise."

" Right, right. You did mention her when during your last visit." Carol knelt down getting to her eyes level and gently put one hand forward.

" Elise, this is my mother. Go say hello to her." Samuel put her forward seeing how she would react.

Carol had the warmest smile on her face when approaching her, she could tell Elise was scared so she maintained some space waiting for the little girl to make the first move.

" What is your name?" Surprisingly Elise asked her name in a meek voice.

" I am Carol and this is Aaron. It's so nice to meet you." Carol tugged Aaron's pants making him sit down with her.

Elise looked at them for a moment before turning back to see Samuel and Mayra. It's like she was getting permission from them which was why they nodded. Seeing that it was safe, she extended her hand but she didn't grab Carol's hand but touched her face.

" Carool?"

" Yes."

" Awron?" She grabbed his face too. The couple was happy seeing she wasn't afraid to get closer.

" She is so cute! Just like Hannah when she was young." Aaron commented.

" Hush, don't yell." Carol elbowed him.

" Come here." Samuel picked her up and asked if she wanted to go to Carol's embrace. It took some time but she extended both her hands making her catch Elise. Even Samuel's wasn't an expect with carrying kids, Elise was much more comfortable in Carol's arms.

" Do you even know how much time it took before I was able to pick her up in my arms?" Adele said with frustration. She was just as jealous as other girl that didn't get along with Elise instantaneously.

" That's because children could tell if someone is good or bad. Isn't that right my dear sister Hannah?" Iblis said with a chuckle.

" Why are you dragging me in this conversation? I have only been here for few days but still I am way far ahead in progress." They began bickering about who Elise liked the best. Other than Samuel who was clearly her best and Mayra and Kayla taking the second place, other spots were up for grabs!

" Follow me I will introduce you to our new ranch." Samuel asked. They were already here so why don't give them a little tour?

They were pretty excited because they never interacted with horses so closely especially docile ones that let them touch all they wanted. Sjors was resting leaving a wide space around her belly where, one could sit against.

The group joined against her while other horses also joined. Seeing the everything was going fine, Samuel left them to talk and went toward Arthur who was standing few feets away from them. It's not like Carol and Aaron were strangers to him but he was following the basic courtesy that all staff extended toward their guests.

" Young master."

" Old man, why are you standing here? Come join us."

" I am grateful for the offer but it's better for them to talk alone. They seem to be enjoying themselves."

" That's true. Since I think we will be here for a while, I want you to inform Amanda to cook us nice dinner for everyone. Are my parents here?"

" I am afraid not. With Christmas few days away, they are busy finishing up work before the holiday." Samuel nodded, he expected it. They were often busy around this time of the year.

" Ask few people from the main mansion to come over and assist with cooking. I should also invite Grandpa and others, right?"

" They already swung by their place. I don't think they would like to come all the way here just to mingle with younger crowds. You know they like their peace and quite."

" Nonetheless, I will ask them."

" Very well." Arthur bowed and left to make arrangements.

When he came back, he saw Carol talking with the girls while Aaron was busy talking with the staff getting know the history of the horses. Samuel asked him if he wanted to take Sjors for a spin but he declined his invitation.

He was sure he could pull his back, he was much happier interacting them on. They spend the whole afternoon just talking and laughing. After Elise, Ella became the center of attention as Samuel began telling them the story of how she came to be here.

The baby deer began to came out of shell and wasn't that afraid to interact with strangers. She played around running circles around everyone which made everyone laugh.

As sun was about to set, he asked about the dinner plans.

" No, no. We were just dropping by, you don't have to go through all this trouble."

" It's done already. They notified my few minutes earlier."

" Look the car is also here. Let's go I want to show you my new place too." Samuel urged them to accept.

They were hesitant at first but after Hannah and others began clamoring for them to visit they had to agree to his proposition. Arthur had brought few family SUV to transport them back home. It seemed excessive but Samuel didn't want them to walk all the way back. It would have been fine with him and the girls but his parents were getting old.
