Chapter 361 Grand Netherheaven Sector
Chapter 361 Grand Netherheaven Sector
…
After leaving the sausage promotion event, Lord Donatello continued to lead Albion to his nearest spare estate.
Albion casually glanced at the wares on the street in passing before he suggested, "Why don't you start introducing the first estate before we arrive?"
"Very well, Lord Sum Ting Wong," Lord Donatello nodded willingly.
If he has the opportunity to promote his estate's good points, he'll have a higher chance of selling his estate to Lord Sum Ting Wong.
"I have a total of three spare estates; the first one, which we are heading to, is the cheapest out of the three. However, Lord Sum Ting Wong shouldn't look down on it."
"Why not? Do you think I'm poor?" Albion nonchalantly replied.
"Not at all, Lord Sum Ting Wong," Lord Donatello gave a forced smile.
"However, buying properties in Netherglow City isn't something anyone can do. Even nobles like myself will have to think carefully before buying any. Lord Sum Ting Wong has a fair bit of wealth, but it'll disappear in an instant once you purchase a property in the city."
"The estate we are heading to is located in the west commoner district. I purchased the estate for 375,000 low-grade nether coins a few years back, but the market value has risen since then. It'll probably sell for 415,000 low-grade nether coins now, but I'm willing to sell it to Lord Sum Ting Wong for the base price I bought it."
Lord Donatello glanced at Albion a few times while introducing the estate's price.
"A rise of 40,000 low-grade nether coins is not small. So why don't you tell me more about the west commoner district's development plans?" Albion casually asked, not that he really cared.
He just wanted to pass the time until they arrived.
Nevertheless, Albion casually listened to Lord Donatello's explanation of the city's situation, even though he didn't believe everything the turtle said.
Even so, he learned that there was no special development happening in the west commoner district. Instead, it was the city's overall value rising.
As such, every property in the city would also rise in market value.
After arriving at the two-story mansion, Lord Donatello gave Albion a quick tour of the place.
When Albion found out the estate came with beautiful dark fae maids, he bought the estate from Lord Donatello on the spot.
Lord Donatello accepted the 375,000 low-grade nether coins from Albion without knowing whether to laugh or cry.
Who knew the dark elf would have a thing for dark faes?
"If Lord Sum Ting Wong is interested, I can take you to the slave auction to purchase some more dark faes to keep you company at night," Lord Donatello suggested thoughtfully.
However, Albion shook his head and rejected the offer, "That won't be necessary."
"Nevertheless, since you mentioned the slave auction and dark faes, why don't you tell me more about the Dark Fae Race? Are they a hot commodity in Netherglow City or something?" Albion asked shortly after.
"Hot commodity? Why, of course! The dark faes aren't just hot commodities in Netherglow City, but in the entire Grand Netherheaven Sector, Lord Sum Ting Wong!" Lord Donatello stated.
"A regular slave usually sells for as cheap as 300 low-grade nether coins, but you won't find any dark fae selling for under 2,000 low-grade nether coins at the very least! They're one of the most expensive slaves to buy!"
"And yet you have five dark faes to take care of a spare estate you rarely use. You sure know how to enjoy yourself," Albion glanced at the green turtle meaningfully.
However, Lord Donatello coughed awkwardly.
"It's not like that at all, Lord Sum Ting Wong. Owning dark faes is seen as a symbol of wealth in Netherglow City, so it's good to own a few. I don't have any interest in playing with them; I never did. After all, I'm a f*cking talking turtle."
"So you're aware that you're a f*cking talking turtle," Albion casually said.
Lord Donatello nearly choked on his own spit after hearing Albion's response. He quickly coughed and asked, "What do you mean by that, Lord Sum Ting Wong?"
"Nothing. Don't sweat it. Otherwise, you burn away whatever brain cells you have," Albion nonchalantly said.
Lord Donatello formed dark creases on his forehead.
"Anyways, it seems like you have no other business here?" Albion mentioned shortly after, shooing the turtle manager away from his new home.
Lord Donatella quickly understood Albion's meaning and nodded.
"Then, I will leave for today. Let's meet another time, Lord Sum Ting Wong."
"Sure. I'll find you when I need to look for discounts."
Lord Donatella nearly tripped on his way out of the estate when he heard Albion's reply to his courtesy farewell.
Obviously, he hoped he wouldn't have any more dealings with Sum Ting Wong.
The dark elf was a bloody menace.
"With pleasure, Lord Sum Ting Wong," Lord Donatello gave Albion a forced smile before picking up his pace to leave.
…
Shortly after Lord Donatello left, Albion turned around and strolled into his new two-story mansion, which had a gothic-style interior.
"We welcome you, our new master, Lord Sum Ting Wong," The five dark fae maids greeted with a bow upon his entry into the building.
Nevertheless, he could feel any emotion from their expressionless faces.
"Just call me Young Master from now on," Albion instructed them before receiving the same expressionless reply from them.
"Understood, Young Master," they answered.
Albon could not help but shake his head.
The dark faes were all beautiful women that looked no different from humans. However, their black-feather wings set them apart, making them closer in appearance to fallen angels.
Alas, their emotionless expressions make them no different from art paintings without color. Evidently, they had been trained to become the way that they are.
"Follow me," Albion instructed.
Shortly after he led the dark fae maids into the living room and took a seat in the black leather wingback armchair, he glanced back at them.
"How much do you all know about Netherglow City and the Grand Netherheaven Sector?" Albion calmly questioned the dark fae maids.
