I Want To Lay the Very Best!

277 – A Long Hot Shower

277 – A Long Hot Shower

A splatter of warm water on Brandy's skin woke her up, but slowly. The water pooled between her breasts and ran in rivulets down her side, but she was too tired to respond to it. She just lay there luxuriating, eyes closed and back against something wonderfully soft.

The contented murmurs of her team flowed around her. They sounded happy, and the fact that they were all satisfied made Brandy smile so wide that her jaw ached. It probably ached for other reasons, too, the thick taste of Sharpy still lying heavy on her tastebuds, but she chose to believe the ache was due to the smile.

A hand on her hip squeezed, and Brandy couldn't help but moan. Her whole body tingled as familiar electricity fizzled through her, kicking her deadened nerves back to life. That and the fuzzy fur she seemed to be lying on was all she needed to pick out who was trying to rouse her.

"Spaaaarky," Brandy slurred.

"She remembers who I am," Sparky chirped. She nuzzled her trainer, rubbing her cheek against Brandy's and sending a few stray sparks flying. The tiny jolts tickled and made Brandy giggle. "I thought you'd fucked the brains right out of her."

"I tried," Sharpy said from somewhere above. "There was interference."

"I didn't hear you complain about it," Calcine purred. Her tone was pure molten gold, a balm to the ears. "You could have fought harder if you really wanted her."

"You have quite the team at your back, Brandy," Sharpy huffed. “I can see where you get your stamina from; it's not easy to deal with."

"Mmm," Brandy groaned, finally opening her eyes. Morgan rested her head in Brandy's lap, hat over her face, as she made a whistling chirp of a snore. The brim covered the top of her head from view. If there was ever a chance to see what was beneath it...

"It won't work," Sparky said behind her, reading her impulses effortlessly. “I tried, but it just teleports back, no matter how many hands I use."

"We'll get it one day," Brandy promised. It was a scheme worth the time of a bug and her trainer. Brandy moved her aching hands to find a pair of Sparky's hands, lacing her fingers and squeezing.

"Well, now your boobs are undefended," Sparky snickered, both her free hands coming up to cup Brandy's chest and squeezing firmly, her fingers pressing into the doughy flesh like she was trying to knead them to be fluffier.

Brandy gasped and let her eyes fall closed again. She felt Sparky's thumbs slide over her nipples and circle the tender flesh, drawing a squeak of a moan from her throat. Sparky was relentless, her fingers playing and pinching, her lips pressing against the back of her neck and kissing a crackling path down her spine.

"Mmmm," Sparky moaned happily. "She still tastes just as good. I can't wait to sink my new fangs into this beautiful butt of hers."

"I'd love to see that." Calcine's voice was suddenly far closer, and the soft heat of her body was a blanket over Brandy's back, a warm contrast to the cool chill of Morgan's wet feathers in her lap. She could feel a part of the tail slapping against her skin as Calcine moved about; Sharpy was also dragged into this cuddle somewhere. A warm pile soaked with shower water. It made her Steam Engine purr happily, slowly chasing away the crippling exhaustion that was weighing her down.

"So," Brandy said after a few quiet minutes, just enjoying the feeling of their hands on her body and the warmth of her partner's body coaxing her back to life. "If we're in the showers, the fight is over. What happened?"

"Well, Blahaj came her brains out," Calcine chuckled, her hot breath brushing Brandy's ear. "These two really gave their all."

"It was glorious," Sparky said, and Brandy could hear the grin in her voice. "I went down on her so hard my tongue is a bit numb. Morgan worked her heart out to ensure I got to try out my new body. Fingers, the dick, all of it. She was a champ taking the heat."

Brandy patted the snoring Morgan's chest. It was nice of her to look out for Sparky. She didn't always get on with the team, but everyone doing their best certainly helped motivate the competitive bird to be a team player. No doubt she'd expect Sparky to match up against her some time and show if those skills were enough.

"Where is Blahaj?" Brandy asked, pausing to wait for an answer. No one came, so clearly, they wanted her to guess. "Is she in the center?"

"You wish," a tired voice said. It was Blahaj, and she hugged the bottom of Sharpy's tail like a comforter. "You'd steal the Gym out from under me if I left."

Oh. Yeah. Brandy had said that, hadn't she?

Empowered by Galvantula breast fondling, Brandy was willing to just own it.

"I'll let you keep it if you tell me where Cherry is," Brandy said, "I'm nice like that."

"That's not for me to say. She's her own woman. But I promise I'll tell her you're looking." Blahaj says, slowly pushing herself to a seat and stretching her long arms. They were back to a pale pink, and only some freckly blue blotches of her Rough Skin remained along the shoulders. "I think she wants to approach you at her own pace. But she didn't have any bad words for you; she just wanted a run-up?"

That made sense. Brandy and Cherry had ended on a flat note. In love, but never entirely sealing the deal. Lingering moments like that weren't going to be easy to tackle. Brandy was glad she didn't have to worry about a meeting right now; it'd really distract her until it happened, and it wasn't guaranteed to happen anytime soon. A surprise Cherry at some point? That sounded like quite a pleasant surprise.

"Okay." Brandy smiled, nuzzling back into Sparky's chest fluff as the water splashed over her skin. "I can live with that."

"The cheek of youth," Blahaj snorted. "So, with that out of the way, let's talk about you, Brandy. You probably figured out from Sharpy being a Mega for the final challenge that this wasn't a fight you were meant to win."

"Did I win?" Brandy said, "I passed out, but you seem pretty out of it yourself."

"Let's call a tie," Blahaj laughed. "If you come back, I'm going to need a bigger team. But let's pretend you lost decisively. What do you think the point of that was?"

Brandy thought about it quietly as Calcine kissed along her shoulder, warm and comforting. Morgan's feathers felt good to ruffle between her fingers. The slowly snoozing Murkrow would have known the answer; this was exactly her sort of puzzle, but Brandy had to hold her own. So, what was the lesson?

Learning to lose? That could have been it, but Brandy felt that if that were the lesson, Blahaj would have stacked the deck even more. She'd have made Brandy struggle more in the first room, which had honestly been a fun romp. While Sharpy had gone hard on Brandy, she had needed to be coaxed to go really hard. Her holding back made no sense if that was the lesson.

It was better to think of it in terms of the theme. Baring Hearts. Blahaj knew Brandy really well with Cherry's help. Well, enough to read her old cringy fanfic. To know Sharpy was a crush of hers. The constant warnings from her Pokémon to watch out for her. They'd taken Brandy very seriously while not steamrolling them.

"You wanted to challenge me?" Brandy said. "Not impossibly hard, but tough."

"Very good! Blaze said you could be rather soft, so Ziggy, Zag, and Zoom forced you to go hard. Lea said you had a bit of a competitive spirit. You held back a lot, so I threw Sharpy at you to make you really push yourself." Blahaj flicked a little water at Brandy. "My gym is meant to push at trainer's weaknesses and draw out strength. Very tough on the prideful. You were a tricky one, though; your style is unusual for trainers, and you're not that prideful. You rely more on your Pokémon than lead from the front."

"So Sharpy poisoned Calcine while you tied up all my Pokémon and forced me to handle it while Calcine watched. I couldn't rely on her to help; everyone relied on me."

"Mhmm," Blahaj said, clawing her way up Sharpy to hug around her waist. "My girl did wonderfully, and so did you. I don't think it will be a surprise you've more than earned this badge."

She held up a hand, a single crystal water drop in it dangling off a silver chain. "You can have this on one condition."

"What?" Brandy said, reaching for it.

"Fix your weakness to Rock already!" Blahaj laughed, dropping it into Brandy's hand. "You want to be a Rainbow Trainer, so you've no excuse for having a glaring weakness. Get yourself a nice Water girl to sort you out."

"Or a mean one," Sharpy grinned, "One that'll gnaw you into shape."

"We're talking the boat to Spikemuth after tonight's party," Brandy said, taking the Water Badge and holding it up. The badge glimmered as the shower water dripped off it. "I’m sure something will come up."

"Not even the Joyce's can outfuck what the Ocean can offer up," Sparky nodded. "Probably."

"Is that a challenge?" Morgan murmured sleepily, shifting her hat to slide it back onto her head without showing off what was under it. "Brandy could do it."

"Youth," Blahaj huffed. "I'm feeling tired just listening to you. Go on, get out of my gym. You've teased my shark girls enough."

"You sure?" Brandy grinned, leaning over to bite Sharpy's shoulder. "I could go for a little more."

"Out! I'm telling the Spikemuth Gym Leader about you; don't expect an easy time." Blahaj said, flicking more water at Brandy until the whole team had to flee the relentless splashing. "Expect a proper challenge! She's a real piece of work."

Well. Brandy would go to be disappointed if she crushed Spikemuth's gym now. She'd have to take the advice and fix up her Rock Weakness; someone was bound to want the position.

...

While it didn't have to be a Shark Girl, Brandy really did have a hankering for a partner with a bit of bite to her. A little bit of a pushy streak.

Brandy knew just the Pokémon to ask about it too.
