Chapter 162: Sauron and Ariel.

Chapter 162: Sauron and Ariel.

''Thanks for coming,'' Giron said and shook hands with the middle-aged man in front of him.

The middle-aged man has dark blue hair, similar with certain someone, and handsome and masculine facial structures. His body wasn't incredibly muscular, but his body structure looked strange— at first glance, he might look athletic, but if you look closely, you might see hidden strength erupting from his body. He is Sariel's father, Sauron.

Next to him, a beautiful black-haired woman was standing. Her eyes were red, while her face was stained with tears. That made her look very pitiful, and it would ignite every male's protective instincts towards her. In general, she is an adorable and charming woman— she is Sariel's mother, Ariel.

Sauron's face looked solemn, but you can see the pain in his eyes, ''Thanks for telling us.''

Giron shook his head, ''You two are his parents… You have right to know.''

''H-How is he…?'' Ariel asked with a teary tone.

Giron sighed, ''Not good… The internal damage he received was too heavy… His organs are damaged, and even the heart has moved positions… It is a miracle that he survived the first day, but 1 month later, he is still alive…''

''Can I see him?'' Sauron asked with a heavy tone.

''Of course,'' Giron said and entered the hospital.

Sauron and Ariel followed behind him— their steps are heavy.

Soon, they entered the 10th floor and started walking towards Sariel's room.

But then, Sariel's room door was opened, and the skinny-looking youth walked out with his wooden cane.

Even though he looked fragile currently, his presence alone made every pressured.

Sauron and Ariel stopped walking.

They recognized the young man in front of them.

''Ichiro, why are you up?!'' Giron said with a shocked look.

''I went to see Sariel… And I feel much better now.'' Ichiro replied and finally saw two attractive individuals standing next to Giron.

The woman was obviously crying not long ago.

The man looked stern, but it was obvious that he was in pain.

Ichiro nodded and started walking towards his hospital room.

Giron shook his head, 'He should be resting… He has no idea how many are worried about his well-being…'

He grabbed the door handle of Sariel's hospital room and opened it.

They entered and saw a sickly-looking young man lying on the bed.

''S-Sariel…'' Ariel covered her mouth, and tears left her eyes.

Sauron clenched his fist— he sat down on the chair next to the bed and looked at his son, who looked like he was sleeping peacefully.

Ariel walked next to the bed and grabbed Sariel's frail-looking hand.

Giron sighed and left the room.

They have to say goodbye to their son, and it will never be easy.

''S-Sariel…'' Ariel pushed the words out of her mouth, ''Y-You did great… We are so proud of you.''

Small teardrops started trickling down Sauron's cheeks.

Ariel closed Sariel's fist as a final goodbye.

''R-Rest well, son…'' Ariel stood up, and finally, tears left her eyes like a waterfall.

She went towards Sauron and fell on her knees.

Sauron went towards her and hugged her crying figure.

Ariel grabbed her shirt tightly and stained his shirt with her tears.

Sariel patted her head, but there was tears also leaving his eyes.

''M-Mom… D-Dad? W-Why are you two crying?''

Sariel and Ariel flinched, they turned their heads slowly towards Sariel, and they saw his eyes being wide open.

''S-Sariel!'' Sauron exclaimed and instantly went towards the hospital bed.

He hugged Sariel's body tightly.

''Ah!'' Sariel groaned in pain.

''Ah, sorry.'' Sauron took a step back, but he still felt like he was hallucinating.

''S-Sariel?'' Ariel rubbed her teary eyes.

Sariel let out a relieved smile, ''H-Hey, mom…''

''S-Sariel…'' Ariel with shaky steps, walked towards Sariel.

She fell on her knees and grabbed Sariel's hand.

Sariel used his other hand to wipe her tears, ''W-Why are you two here? Aren't you two busy?''

''Of course, we will come if your son's life is in danger!''

Sariel felt emotional. Usually, his parents don't have any free time— they are extremely busy.

But if he heard that his parents even watched the tournament, then he might start crying.

*Creak*

The door was opened, and a doctor came apologetic expression.

He planned to convince them that they did everything they could to save Sariel's life, but then he saw Sariel hugging his mother.

''AAAAAH!'' The doctor shouted with a pale look and fell down on the ground.

He passed out…

Sariel, Sauron, and Ariel raised an eyebrow.

Giron came and saw the unconscious doctor, he looked confused, but then he saw Sariel being awake.

His eyes almost bulged out of his sockets, ''HEEEEH?''

More and more doctors and nurses appeared, and all of them were shocked.

Sariel had no chances of surviving.

But here he is, looking healthy.

They quickly started doing multiple tests, and it showed that Sariel's damage in organs wasn't as bad as it looked previously.

They thought that they might have made mistake during the tests previously.

Sariel was still injured, but now his injuries aren't as serious, and he will be fine.

That news made Sauron and Ariel overjoyed.

Giron sighed and was relieved as well.

This was excellent news for Coldland.

There have been a lot of people wondering about the situation with Ichiro and Sariel.

There has not been news for months, and they started fearing the worst.

But now both of them are going to be fine!

Giron left the hospital room and dialed the number of the principal.

Their principal has been the most anxious past month.

It will be disastrous if they lose two Kings.

Ichiro entered his hospital room and walked straight towards the bed.

Azura was anxiously sitting in the chair and was finally relieved after seeing Ichiro had returned.

Ichiro lied down on the bed and finally relaxed his body.

Even walking for dozen meters made his body ache in pain.

''You alright?'' Azura asked with her cute voice.

Ichiro nodded and looked at her, ''I am fine…''

No one could understand the pressure he had during the fight with Avery.

A single mistake could have cost him the match.

Because of one mistake, Azura could be in the hands of Avery.

That thought alone made him enraged.

Azura shyly touched his cheek, ''Is everything alright?''

Ichiro nodded and closed his eyes, ''Yes.''
