Chapter 60: Let Me Help You Out!

Chapter 60: Let Me Help You Out!

"I won't," he promised, "for now at least," he added, before he waved to her and closed the call.

"I just hope you never go there, ever," she muttered, as the memories of her first interaction in the great square of Shonty's city were still lingering in her mind, scaring her from the mere thought of it.

Suddenly a system alert came, as Salsola was calling her.

"You finally arrived, lazy girl!" she said when she accepted the call, seeing Salsola standing in the main square of the Ihnasia city, the empty square for now.

"I'm not lazy, I was just leveling up to reach level eleven. Now, tell me your coordinates, and I will reach you asap," Salsola said.

"I have sent them to you now," Oya replied, "don't be late, or else I will leave this area looking for another," she added, with a teasing smile over her face, "my level now is sixteen, you lazy weak girl."

"What?!!" Salsola exclaimed out in shock, "wait, wait boss, I will be there in no time, just wait for me boss, please," she acted like a little girl, pleading and faking pity. Oya just laughed at her reaction, knowing how fierce her friend was in fights in any game, then she nodded while saying:

"Fine, fine, this merciful generous boss here will wait for you, but just don't make me wait forever, alright?"

"Deal," Salsola said, before closing the call. Oya took a deep breath, despite some minor mistake, she had fulfilled Ibro's commitments. She raised her head to the sky, while softly muttering:

"I wish you were here to see it by your own eyes."

She then sighed before putting aside all these memories and emotions, before returning to her skeletons in the far distance from her.

Just as she walked over to them, she found the many dead bodies of monsters lying on the ground, telling her about how savage her skeleton army was. She just smiled, faintly, as she started to work as well.

"Death arise!"

"Death arise!"

"Death arise!"

She kept using her skill over and over again, resurrecting these monsters as her own skeletons, adding more and more to her army. she knew they were just mere weak ones, with no strength compared with her upgraded skeletons, but at least their levels were high.

In front of equal level monsters or slightly higher ones, they would do good, but if they faced a much stronger monster in the long run, they would be destroyed without exception.

Just as Oya arrived at them, she heard a loud shout coming from far behind. She had already arrived so far, or were her skeletons so strong that killed a lot of monsters? She thought that in her mind while turning to glance at the running like crazy Salsola!

"Hey, hey, I'm here, wait for me, boss!"

She yelled, like a crazy little girl, not someone in her age. Oya sighed, and luckily they were all alone in this place, in this city, or else she would have to carry the burden of embarrassment she just caused for a long time.

"Come, and don't be noisy, you will scare the monsters away!" she said, reprimanding her.

"Who? Me?!" she pointed to herself while taking her breaths, "your skeletons are the only thing here that might scare them away," she added, pointing to the skeletons which were now forming a larger army than before.

"Is this how you level up? That's sick!" Salsola said, as she noticed what was going on from the first glance. "You are just sitting back, comfortably, and doing nothing? And you dare to call me a lazy one? Shame on you!" she added, teasing her in a faked serious tone.

"One more word and I won't invite you to join my party," Oya simply replied, before turning to the next dead monster she muttered:

"Death arise!"

"Wow, is this how you make skeletons? Amazing, can I try it? please, please?" Salsola jumped up and down beside the skeleton which just stood up from the dead monster's body. she was noisy, and Oya just side glanced at her, already regretting bringing her here.

"Do you want to level up or do you want to waste my time and play around making a fool of yourself?" Oya asked, as she went towards the next monster as she muttered, angrily this time:

"Death arise."

"Wow, you have no cooldown for such a sick skill? you must be joking, right?" Salsola kept jumping up and down before suddenly a flash of light fell upon Oya at this moment, which made Salsola frabbergasped.

"No way! Don't tell me you just leveled up just now!" she muttered with extreme shock over her face.

Oya didn't hurry to reply her, but she gave her a teasing irritating smile at first, before she said:

"Keep wasting your time while I level up again."

"Oh, no, wait, please boss, I will do whatever you want, just add me, please, I will stay back, lay lazy and level up just like you do, please add me, please boss," Salsola even fell on the ground faking her tears flowing over her cheeks while saying these words.

Oya couldn't hold back her laughter anymore, this Salsola was really funny and easy going in life outside any fights, and dungeons. Put her in front of a PvP player, or throw her inside a dungeon, and see the changes for yourself!

"Fine, fine, but I'm not raising a lazy player here, so you have to help and kill monsters with my skeletons," Oya said.

"But you didn't ever lay a finger on any monster, boss!" Salsola replied back, with a sneer.

"You are really an impudent disciple, scram, I accept only skeletons, go die and come back with your bones, and I might accept you here," Oya said, while leaving her to go and resurrect another skeleton, hiding her laugh from her.

"Oh, boss, generous and mighty boss, I can be more deadly than any skeleton. Just accept me, please," Salsola played along and said it.

"Ok, ok, you seem very pitiful indeed. Accept my invite at once," Oya said, as she created a team, and sent an invitation to her.

"Oh, thanks, thanks, many thanks," Salsola jumped from the ground, cheering out loud, while accepting the invite.

"Now, what to eat?" she suddenly asked.

"Eat? Let's just level up now," Oya said.

"I know, I know, but we can leave them here, go back to the city, eat, and then return to here, what do you think?" Salsola said, while pointing towards the huge army of skeletons in front of the two.

"Not a chance," Oya said, as she used her death to raise skill one more time, arising one more skeleton.

"Ok, let's stroll for now," Salsola said, as she started walking beside Oya, not moving towards any monster.

Oya had to stop what she was doing, turning to look at her with questioning eyes, as she asked:

"What are you doing exactly?"

"Walking with you, you are alone, right? Need some company, so I'm here to relieve that burden off your shoulders," Salsola said, before pointing towards one great skeleton, the upgraded dragon, as she clapped her hands and yelled in excitement:

"Wow, this is a nice skeleton, what's its name?"

"Don't' change the subject," Oya said, as she pointed towards the nearby monsters as she added, "move yourself there or else I will expel you right now from my team!"

"Oh, cruel boss, you are a cruel boss!" Salsola faked her tearing, as she pointed to her with blaming eyes.

"Go now, I'm not playing here," Oya said.

"But you are doing nothing, c'mon, let me rest a bit with you, I just travelled all this distanc" Salsola was speaking until she noticed Oya was opening her interface, and pointing in the midair. She was really going to expel her!

"Ok, ok, ok, ok, I will go now, just don't, ok, I'm on my way, stop, ok?" she hurriedly said this as she ran towards the monsters, hoping Oya wouldn't really get mad and expel her.

Oya kept crying for a long time even after the return of Salsola, who was very ignorant about what to do and what happened here. after she barely managed to make Oya calm down, and as she tried to know what happened, Oya exploded again into a deep storm of crying, which made Salsola decide not to ask about anything.

The mere scene of Ibro by her eyes was really stressful on her, as she had a deep feeling being reignited. The moment she heard him speak of her like this, his emotions, everything made her lose control finally and start crying.

She loved him, very dearly was loving him, and she would still love him her entire life to come. The hardest moment for her was when he confessed his love to her, his decision to grant her more than what she asked for, and for that logning look in his eyes, the loneliness he was feeling out there without her.
