The sun has set, and the weather in the desert turned from extreme hot to extreme cold.

Josh stood up, cracked his bones, and looked in front of him.

There was a small peak, in front of it, was what seemed the leader of the royal guards. They were glaring at the rebels and the weapon dealers as if they knew about what is going on.

Josh nodded his head to Mikita.

Mikita, from her robes, grabbed a little snail.

"Call the boss. Ask him what should we do?" Josh looked at the royal guard.

He would be lying to say he can take all of them head-on. Although he is faster and knows one of the six power, any hit can be critical to his body, and he never believed in plot armour. He can maybe defeat them. But still, he is afraid of getting hurt a bit.

Meanwhile, the rebels, the dealers, and the royal guards were looking at each other.

"You are arrested for rebelling against your kingdom, violating the weapon commercial code—"

"Bla Bla Bla…" One of the rebels interrupted. "The only guilty ones are you, who are hungering your people, abandoning the villages…"

"That's not true." Replied the captain of the guards as he took his sword, pointing to the dealers. "You are using violence, using weapons against your king, and for that, you shall be arrested."

Back to Josh, who was covering his face.

He looked at Mikita. "What did Boss say."

"We have strict orders not to let the kingdom's reputation get better, meaning the guards can't be called heroes."

"So, who should we attack."

"Depending on the situation. It would be better if the name of the rebels not get dirty."

"I get it."

Josh got it.

Crocodile wants the king of Alabasta to fall. So, since the rebellion is in its beginning, the warlord doesn't want to ruin its reputation.

As it seems, without the good reputation for the rebels, and the bad one for the king, Crocodile's plans can't succeed.

"So, we should let them go."

"As it seems. It would be better if the guards go unharmed, yet, it would be bad if the rebels die." Josh said. He knew exactly what Crocodile wants, but it is impossible to get the two things.

Josh, since he needs to stay a little longer in the organisation, did this.

He flashed in front of the rebels and the weapon dealers.

The rebels were going to take the weapons and start exchanging fire, but Josh stopped them.

"Deal is off. No weapons for you." Josh stopped one of the rebels from taking a riffle.

"Hey, what are you—"

"No Money, no deal."

Josh kicked him, sending him flying back several meters.

He then looked at the others, "anyone wants to fight."

"We will clash with them and then pay you."

"I don't care. We don't trust you." Josh said.

The merchants' leader was sweating.

The leader of the rebels here looked at the merchants, before Josh, and then the army. He said. "Retreat. Let these guys deal with them." He made the right decision. Nothing is more stupid than entering a losing fight.

It would be better to avoid and let Josh and his group deal with the army of the kingdom.

Quickly, the rebels rode their camels and horses and turned to escape.

"Arrest everyone!"

The leader of the royal guards shouted and the rest of them dashed, wanting to arrest everyone. Josh knew that the merchants should escape as well.

So, he needed to fight on his own, and that's why Mikita opened her umbrella and was floating above them, before increasing her weight and dropping, taking down a bunch of soldiers and their horses with them, raising the sands to cover the soldier's eyes.

Taking advantage of their blindness, Josh, who was wearing sunglasses, vanished and started kicking and punching. Sometimes, he would see their pockets and take some berries if there were any. Because of the movement technique he developed, he ended with half of them in short while without them realising.

Soon, Josh appeared next to Mikita, who was patting her hat from the dust. Mikita turned and noticed a wound on Josh's arm, it had a dagger wound.

"You! You will pay for this." Angrily, she shouted and was about to throw herself to the soldiers.

Josh held her arm and shook his head, stopping her from throwing herself at the swords.

"Well, the mission is complete. We still have the weapons, and we can leave." Josh said, looking at the remaining half.

The merchants had taken advantage of this and vanished.

The royal guards looked at the two, who took half of them. They had wariness drawn on their face.

"What are you?" the leader asked.

"Some bodyguards," Josh replied. Mikita ripped off a piece of her rob, showing her thigh, and wrapped it around the wound on his arm.

"What is your intention?"

"Doing our job and getting our payment," Josh said. "By the way, talking about the payment, how Vivi is doing?"

"How…!" the guard said, exclaiming shock on his face.

Princess Vivi had just come back not so long ago, and she warned them about this.

Yet, the person in front of them seemed to know about her.

"What's the relation between you and the princess."

"Friends of benefit." Calmly, Josh said.

Upon hearing Josh's reply, everyone turned their head and stared at Josh, eyes widely opened. Mikita came from behind, wrapped her legs around his waist and locked his neck with his arm.

"Friends of benefit!" Mikita shouted in jealousy. "Since when that happened."

"I didn't mean it that way… cough," Josh said. "Calm down babe. Calm down. Benefits mean benefits. Besides; we have been fu**** each night. How am I supposed to do that."

"Hmm…" Mikita calmed down and landed on her feet. "Sorry." She said. No way that would happen. They had been having sex each night. Josh wouldn't even have time for a friend of benefit.

The guards were looking strangely at each other, before looking at Josh and Mikita.

"And here I was wondering, how the royal guards came along." Came a strange voice.

Everyone turned their head, to see a tall tanned woman, with blue eyes, who had exceptionally big boobs, hourglass alluring shape, and a cowboy white hat, standing on the top of one building.

"You…"

Before anyone could react, she crossed her arms. Hundreds of arms appeared around the soldiers.

Like wires, the arms wrapped them, and cracked their bones, making them fall. Anyone who sees that would wonder if they are still alive or not.

"And for you, Mr. 7."

She smirked and scanned Josh with her eyes.

Josh seemed wary all of the sudden, as he scanned the new hot brunette.

"Yes?" Mikita replied in his stead.
