President Qin's Little Wife Is The Strongest

Chapter 63

63 On My Conditions

If Lu Bo had only been slightly stunned from Rong Yue’s request to eat first, this time, after watching her eat, he had become blown away.

The boy in front of him had very distinct features and even as young as he was, he made someone feel like a growing beauty with those elegant brows and eyes. However, his mannerisms lacked control and restraint.

Even in a restaurant like this, he ate and enjoyed every meal that had been placed in front of him without even bothering to look at him or hold small talk.

What was even more surprising was how he didn’t manage to look offensive with all that, up to the point that Lu Bo felt like laughing out loud at how he was eating.

“Mr Lu, you aren’t eating?” Rong Yue asked as she finally looked up after she was fully satisfied only to realise the man opposite her had not been eating.

“I had something to eat at a meeting before coming here.” He said politely and then took a sip from his glass of water. Rong Yue signalled the waitress that was close by so they could pack up the already used dishes.

“Mister Su, we noticed that the moment an attack was run on your program, the program crashed after two attempts by each attacker” Lu Bo spoke up and watched as a smile bloomed on the young boy’s face.

“Was anyone able to get past it?” Rong Yue asked curiously, not bothering to give a reply to the past question.

“We were able to get three accesses to it. The first two hackers were unsuccessful and the program crashed. As for the third, we would like to ask you to hack it yourself.” for an organisation that was big like that, they didn’t want to be led by the nose by some young boy.

.....

If they tried the third one and failed, the boy could give them any narrative. But if they didn’t, they would be able to know if it was a fluke.

“It’s good that you are thoughtful. I can’t work with an organisation that’s struggling.”

“I designed the program to crash after two attempts to break into it. It’s a destructive firewall, the kind that illegal or forbidden information should use as even if they had broken into it, as long as they don’t know a final code system that I have added, they would be unable to get anything from it.” Rong Yue explained.

Lu Bo was stunned beyond words. Something like that was possible?

“Do you mind showing us that your program is something usable from the last one that we had with us?” Lu Bo asked, going straight to the point.

“Sure. As long as your company writes an agreement that states that this still remains my work despite it being a competition submission.”

Lu Bo was quiet for a while. After all, he was no novice to how things operated in the business world. The moment it had taken their second best hacker three hours to get to the point the firewall had shown signs of opening up, they had already decided this was something they were going to keep.

However, it had suddenly crashed and erased like it never existed, confusing them. For the hacker, he swore that he had never seen anything like it and was just trying to get past it the whole time.

At that point, they had realised that other than giving the kid a pass to become a part of the Anxi association, they also had to work with her if they wanted to get something better out of her.

After weighing the benefits that kind of technology could bring to them and the potential of the young man in front of him, he nodded.

“As soon as you are ready, we will prepare the contract immediately.” he said firmly and Rong Yue nodded, satisfied.

“I don’t mind showing you, I’ll have to inform you ahead. This is not something that anyone can learn just by watching me do it. If your company is truly sure that you would like to work with me, I’ll be waiting for your call.” This time, every aura of being carefree that Rong Yue had was all gone and Lu Bo could see the determination and strong will in them.

For a boy that young, it was truly impressive and he found himself bobbing his head in understanding.

“I’ll leave you to get the bill then.” Rong Yue said unashamedly and left the restaurant without looking back.

With everything she was doing, her money was growing rapidly and she knew that to back things up, being in an association like this would make things a whole lot better for her. After all, in this world, money was not enough.

After leaving the restaurant, Rong Yue boarded a cab to a place close to their estate before entering a small cafe where she changed back into her school uniform and normal appearance before going home.

Her brows furrowed instantly the moment she entered their house. Other than the living room being empty, she could already feel it immediately that her mother was not in the whole house with her instincts. Still she called out.

“Mom?”

She repeatedly called for her mother while checking all the rooms in the house, her heart immediately dropped to the bottom of her stomach the moment she confirmed that her mother was not in this house.

Unlike before, her mother was becoming better at things and relating from all the reality shows and drama that she had been watching. But that didn’t change the fact that in front of people with bad intentions, she could protect herself.

“Little loli, help me to check where my mother has gone.” she commanded as she picked up her phone to call her also.

After four dials, her mother finally picked.

“Master, your mother seems to have gone to the market with driver Yu.” little Loli reported simultaneously.
