Primordial Dimensions

Chapter 424: Government's path

Chapter 424: Government’s path

All three missions came with their own set of difficulties. While the first one was something at an unknown scale, it should be extremely difficult to solve as it was a System mission to procure a knowledge crystal.

Meanwhile, the mission ‘Kill the King’ had a difficulty level which allowed Shane to have some preparations in place.

Even though he was not sure how strong the three headed blazing lion was, it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that it was an existence on the peak of the basic primordial dimensions.

It may have not participated in the Primordial tournament, but to some beings, this was not important either way!

Making assumptions was helpful because Shane estimated that the three headed blazing lion was similar to the king of an entire dimension if it was labeled as King of the Savannah.

In the end, Shane’s biggest worry was the last mission because he would have to enter the ocean which would restrict his movements to a great extent!

As such, he would have to figure out a proper plan to steal the King serpent’s egg without immediately attracting its attention.

Even in this case, Shane wouldn’t have it easy to survive, and one could say that using Umbra to swim through the ocean was the fastest option he could use.

That was if it was impossible to use Spatial portals, a likelihood that he had to take into consideration.

Taking a deep breath, he tried to figure out what kind of mission he wanted to complete first while weighing the information he had.

While the third mission had exact coordinates, he would require some preparations to finish it properly.

As for the second mission, there were no coordinates at all, but Shane was already able to foretell what he had to do in order to attract the attention of the Savannah’s King!

This should be the least problematic, even less if the King of the Savannah was a prideful lion!

Shane knew that he had to pay attention to the three headed blazing lion, but that was something he had to do either way.

Being too confident about his own combat prowess was the biggest mistake he could make.

Because of that, he reminded himself to stay down to earth without being too arrogant and under the impression that he could defeat everyone just because his bloodline had been awakened!

As for the first mission, there was only a map that told him the rough area he had to enter.

This was relatively inaccurate and it would take him a while to find the hidden valley.

At least, if it was as difficult as he imagined!

As such, despite the restrictions he had received, Shane told Talia to make a few preparations such as purchasing specific devices and other goods that would help him in certain ways.

After that, he decided to solve the [Kill the King] mission first.

In his opinion, this was the easiest mission he could complete without the need for any preparations.

Even though it was likely to take a few days before he would encounter the Three headed blazing Lion, this was not problematic at all.

Shane required some time to adjust to his physique that had been amplified by his soulbond’s strength as well as the four affinities he had inherited.

There were all kinds of other things he had to pay attention to, but the most important were his physique enhancement, inherited affinities, and abilities!

The Azra titan savannah dimension was not a place in which mankind had a shelter, but that was not really an issue.

By entering the new dimension, a connection with Igra was established.

This connection could be severed by the authorities on Igra which was likely to happen now that several other big families had taken over the government.

However, that was nothing Shane was concerned about because he had already purchased a [One-time return] ticket which he had connected to the Neptua Ladra region.

Thus, he wouldn’t have any problems leaving the Azra titan savannah dimension even if the government were to cut off his connection.

In the end, the government didn’t directly focus on him, but it severed every unnecessary connection that was established by someone who didn’t belong to the authorities or didn’t act according to the authorities’ instructions.

There were several reasons for that, but in Shane’s opinion, the fact that there were traitors among mankind who colluded with other races was the most important for the government’s actions.

Once a connection between an origin planet and dimension was established, the particular dimension portal Shane, or other humans emerged from would be annexed by the human race.

Conquering said dimension portal would not only increase the price for the world-protection extension that was already much higher, but the direct punishment could be equally harsh, which might be even worse considering mankind’s current situation.

As such, Shane could fully understand the ways the new authority worked, at least, if one were to look at their outlook towards the Primordial dimensions.

Unfortunately, that was the only thing Shane found reasonable about the government as it could plan to work together with the Astral Starlight faction instead of against it.

They seemed to have their own plans, but nobody could decipher them, let alone determine whether they were walking down the right path to save everyone or if it would only accelerate mankind’s annihilation.

Shane hoped that it was the former because those humans that trusted the government didn’t deserve to be deceived, played around, only to be thrown away.

Their fear and desperation were evident, and using this against the innocent was unjust and cruel!

In the end, the Hidden Paradise was a place that could accommodate millions of people right off the bat and billions in the future for there was more than enough place to grow.

Despite that, the government didn’t even think of joining forces with Shanes’ faction, which was frustrating.

There were already over three million people under the Astral Starlight faction, which included the families belonging to the members that worked for Shane and the rest.

As such, there was more than enough for everyone to do as the Hidden Paradise could be considered a vast expanse of barren land.

It had yet to be nourished into a true planet, which had become a little bit different in comparison to before. The barren world had metamorphosed into a soul world after all.

Certain changes had occurred, but nobody knew the true extent of their reach.

Because of that one had to be a little bit more careful about what one should do before hurrying to construct small houses for everyone to live in.

With the increasing number of humans that wanted to follow the Astral Starlight faction, the space within the Hidden Paradise would fall short, but that was not important.

In the end, it was only important to stay inside the Hidden Paradise for a certain period of time and ensure their survival before finding another inhabitable planet.

There were more reasons for everyone to move to the Hidden Paradise such as staying in the residences during the first few days they would colonize another planet, but that would happen far ahead in the future.

At least, that was what Shane hoped as he entered the Dimension Portal to enter the Azra titan savannah dimension to start creating chaos!
