Chapter 124: XIII Feelings
Chapter 124: XIII Feelings
January 6.
"There is already a few days since I first arrived on Earth and it has been a bit difficult to adapt in this world. Divided in many countries and different languages, It will take me some time to learn all their languages.
I noticed that the Human race is not so united as in other places I had been, but their use of network and technology is one of the most advanced depiting not training themselves or cultivating. This world has so small elemental energy that it will be difficult for me to recharging myself when the elemental energy within my body is totaly used."
"I may try to look strong, but I have no idea about what to do or who I should trust. Little Ell, I'm really worried about you... If I just knew where you are... I just want you to be safe..." With a hand holding a old recorder she managed to gain from an old lady a couple blocks away, Ophelia wiped the tears at the corner of her eyes, sobbing.
January 14.
"Hahaha, I have finally discovered news about my brother. Seven months ago, a black vortex emerged from the depths of the ocean together with thousands of beasts, a fire giant and a enormous hand... But what really called my attention was that a youth appeared out of nowhere boarding a flying palace, and fought alongside his powerful hammer, killing most of the beasts and saving the researchers who were there. Now he was know as Ryn, the almighty god of void thunder. Now he is known as Ryn, the almighty god of void thunder, he even gained his own religion and there has been multiple discussions in Twit*er and Redd*t about if he is truly a God or a scammer."
"I did not thought much about him before, but then I noticed he could only be a cultivator. I became excited with the though that there is a fellow cultivator in this forsaken planet without elemental energy. So I started looking for news about this 'God' and I found something, a video recorded from the smartphone of one soldier that managed to catch his face for no more that a second but this second was more the enough for me because I'm now sure he was here before. So Elijah, wait for me."
...
Inside his bedroom in the Orion Palace, Elijah was watching the match between the Humanoid Figure and the Thunderwind Lizard over and over again.
The fight ended very quickly with Thunia activating her Thunderwind Vital power and her mortal armament: Thunderwind Gloves. A special Vital Power that only a thunderwind lizard can use multipling their speed by the realm she is in, thus her speed was increased by five times. As for her mortal armament, it carries a hidden energy that could be stored inside the target and then explode the target from inside, a vicious weapon.
But even with all of this, the muscles on the humanoid figure changed by one bit, on the other side the white marks on his body grew denser as he exchanged blows with her. As the scales on her body shivered and gave signs of cracking, the humanoid seemed as calm as ever, like he was not even fighting but drinking tea.
In five seconds, he seemed to grow bored when he suddenly smacked Thunia on the neck, making her unconscious.
Elijah watched this more that ten times on the screen and on the holographic room inside the palace third floor.
The more he examined the match, the more he grew scared of this opponent, he was now fully sure that he was at least in the eighth realm, if not higher.
"Master, it is so strange without your presence by my side. Even when you stood quiet in the shadow world, no wanting to bother me, I always felt at ease knowing you were with me... Now it feels so... so empty. I wish I could know more about you and have you by my side, forever." Elijah said to himself, maybe because of the memories and knowledge he knows about the other world, and the fact he had a daughter with his master in this other world, he started to fell conflicted in his heart as his feeling started changing, to the point Elijah couldn't help but admit he likes Shadow as a girl. He knew it was wrong to feel this way, even more when he was so many months away from Chloe, someone who was as dear to him as his master.
Closing his eyes closed as the images of the most important people for him appeared on his mind without knowing that on a far away place and covered in darkness, a woman's weeping could be heard in the silent place as a black-haired female looked at the screen in front of her, showing a young man sleeping in his bed as countless tears fell from her beautiful eyes.
