Chapter 27 Perverse Behavior
Chapter 27 Perverse Behavior
“Hurry up and get off me, you pervert!” Tang Airou shouted.
“Pfft. As if someone might care enough to hold onto you,” Wang Feng said, pursing his lips. Then he released Tang Airou’s left hand and moved to step away from her.
The only thing he wanted to do right now was rest. He did not have the mood to tease he anymore.
After all, there would always be a chance to tease beautiful women in the future. Right now, resting and staying alive was his top priority.
Wang Feng tried to get up and move away from her. But before he stood up, he heard the “ouch” from Tang Airou.
It turned out that Wang Feng forgot about the fact that their hands were still cuffed together. Plus, he no longer felt his legs after not using them for an entire day, so he crashed back down onto Tang Airou’s body.
Over a hundred pounds of weight collapsed onto Tang Airou’s body in a split second. Naturally, her face twisted into a grimace of pain.
“Crazy woman, unlock the cuffs!” Wang Feng yelled out.
“F*ck*ng pervert! What the hell did you just call me?” Tang Airou’s eyes widened when she heard Wang Feng, as if she would devour Wang Feng if she could.
“Who cares what I just called you! Hurry up and unlock these cuffs!”
In the end, the cuffs were unlocked. Once freed, Wang Feng practically fled the place like a gust of wind. He went into his room and locked the door. Only then released a long sigh.
Today, he was nearly chopped to death by this crazy woman, so he was considerably startled. He also wronged this woman in the most brutal of ways today. He had no idea what kind of things she would do to him as payback in the future.
But now, he barely had the energy to think about anything other than sleep.
With light and empty steps, Wang Feng strode to the bed and flopped onto it. He did not even bother to shower or eat first.
He did not do any training that night. Neither did he give a damn about what the two women outside his door talked about.
Anyway, the next time he opened his eyes, the sun already came up.
After a night’s rest, he felt considerably rested and recovered. Although still a little bit tired, he felt much better compared to yesterday.
Glancing at the time, he noticed it was already past 9am. He slept through breakfast.
When he opened the door of his bedroom and stepped into the parlor, he stood stunned. The reason for his stupor was the fact that both Bei Yunxue and Tang Airou were here in the house instead of at work.
“You guys...” Wang Feng trailed off. He had no idea what to say when he saw the icy look on their faces.
Just then, Bei Yunxue opened her mouth to speak. “Come here. We have a few things to discuss,” she said. Her face was calm and from it, Wang Feng could not decipher what she intended to discuss with him.
Now, he had nowhere to run even if he wanted to. Resigned, he sat down on the couch.
“Wang Feng, Airou told me about everything that had happened yesterday.” Bei Yunxue paused. Her expression seemed a little conflicted right then.
But when she caught a glimpse of the cold look that Tang Airou shot her, Bei Yunxue kept going, “So Airou and I had spent a night to talk things over, and we’ve decided to... to.” She glanced furtively at Wang Feng. She did not continue.
Seeing the conflicted look on Bei Yunxue’s face, Wang Feng smiled and said, “Sister Xue, you can be frank with me. After all, there aren’t any outsiders here. The only ones here are the three of us.”
“No outsiders?” Right then, it was as if Tang Airou shot daggers at Wang Feng with her eyes, which looked utterly murderous. “You are the outsider here.”
“Airou.” Seeing that the two were about to come to blows again, Bei Yunxue held back Tang Airou, who fumed at that point. Bei Yunxue beckoned the latter not to be emotional.
“Wang Feng, after the two of us discussed, we’ve decided to ask you to move out temporarily. We’ve already found another place for you.” Bei Yunxue’s voice sounded weaker near the end of her statement. Even her head hung.
In truth, it had been Tang Airou’s idea alone to have Wang Feng move out. Bei Yunxue only agreed because she simply could not get her bestie to change her mind.
Considering the awkward first meeting between Wang Feng and Tang Airou, it would be impossible for the two of them to get along in the future. So having Wang Feng move out was not without its advantages too.
“Haha. Sister Xue. It’s her idea alone, isn’t it?” Wang Feng’s eyes roamed over Tang Airou’s body shamelessly. After that, he said, “I didn’t do anything wrong. Why should I move out?
“Also, I’ll never agree to move out. If you guys want me to rent a place outside, then fine. I’ll stay here and then pay you a monthly rent.
“I, Wang Feng, can still afford this measly bit of money.” After that, Wang Feng glanced at Tang Airou provocatively. The latter once again angered to the point of death.
“I can’t believe this s*n of a b*tch wants to linger here,” Tang Airou thought.
“Well, um...” Although Bei Yunxue still looked a bit conflicted when she heard Wang Feng’s declaration, deep down she was a little happy. If Wang Feng really did end up moving out, would he have thought that she been part of the reason too?
That was why she truly wished for Wang Feng to stay.
As for why she held such a thought? Well, she could not explain it, either.
At Wang Feng’s refusal to leave, Tang Airou sneered coldly. “No,” she said.
“We’re not running some kind of shelter home here,” Tang Airou went on. “If you wish to rent a place, go ahead. But find some other place. You aren’t welcome you here.” Tang Airou voice sounded a little cold, and Bei Yunxue could not help but frown upon hearing it.
This bestie of hers really had a foul temper. Sometimes, Bei Yunxue doubted her own ability to rein in her bestie.
“Hehe. Don’t welcome me here, I see? Well, you can try to force me to leave,” Wang Feng said. Clearly, he had not taken Tang Airou’s words seriously at all.
“You...” Tang Airou was so mad that her tiny face flushed completely pale. She once again took out the same pair of cuffs yesterday. She tossed the cuffs onto the coffee table.
Then she pulled out a black handgun from somewhere around her waist and tossed it onto the table too.
Such a scene startled not just Wang Feng, but also Bei Yunxue, whose face lost its colors entirely due to fright. They had no idea what Tang Airou planned to do.
“If I take you into custody for what happened yesterday, I can guarantee that you’ll be sitting in jail. But because of Xiao Xue, I’m willing to let things slide.”
“But,” Yang Airou said and then paused. At this point, her tone acquired an icy quality. “If you still insist on shamelessly lingering around, then don’t blame me if I arrest your ass and take you down to the station.”
She picked up the cuffs and pointed the muzzle of the black handgun at Wang Feng.
“Airou, what the hell do you think you’re doing?” Bei Yunxue said. Her face changed immediately upon realizing things really went out of hand. Her bestie was a cop who always handled things in a swift and imposing manner. Bei Yunxue feared her bestie would really step out of bounds this time.
“Xiaoxue, don’t bother persuading me. This s*n of a b*tch molested me yesterday. If I don’t show him a little bit of attitude today, then he’ll really think that I’m someone he can trifle with,” Tang Airou said in a pissed off tone.
Of course, she was pissed off. But in actuality, Wang Feng was even more pissed off. Forget that she had been the one who ran out naked from the bathroom. Now she even had the audacity to blame it all on him? What an intolerable and atrocious thing.
“Officer, first of all, let me point out the fact that you are pointing a gun at an innocent civilian is already against the law. Besides, do you have proof of what happened yesterday? Do you have an eye witness?” Wang Feng said. At the same time a cold glint flashed across his eyes.
“This crazy woman is really trying to cause me trouble,” he thought.
Tang Airou sneered coldly. “I don’t need proof. My word itself is proof enough. Now, are you going to leave or stay?”
“Of course I’m staying. If you dare, why don’t you just shoot me, then,” Wang Feng said calmly without a single change on his expression.
Shoot him?
Tang Airou almost thought her ears played tricks on her when she heard him. Which civilian would not cower in fear when at gun point?
And yet this Wang Feng asked her to shoot him?
Did she dare fire at him? That was impossible. As a cop, she gunned down criminals before. But still, those were evil-doers. Even though this Wang Feng molested her and took advantage of her, and even stolen away her first kiss, if she killed him right now, she would have committed a crime. Worse, her punishment would be doubled since she was someone who knew the law and still chose to break it.
As a honorable police officer, she just wanted to scare Wang Feng a little. But now, Wang Feng did not so much as flinch at the possibility of her pulling the trigger.
“This guy... Is he really not afraid of death?” she thought.
In that moment, a sheen of cold sweat formed on her forehead. Although she said nothing, deep down she felt a bit on edge.
“What, our crazy woman is too scared to fire her gun? I’m staying here. Just shoot me if you dare. At most we’d both perish together,” Wang Feng said calmly. His face completely composed and fearless. His behavior was like that of a dead pig hanging over the top of a cauldron of boiling water. He showed absolutely no fear.
Tang Airou trembled in anger upon seeing such loathsome behavior from Wang Feng. “You...”
In the end, she did not take the shot. All she did was toss the handcuffs she held in her hands at Wang Feng. She stood up, shouted the word ‘pervert’ loudly, then left the villa, slamming the door behind her.
Wang Feng had no idea where she headed, neither did he care. Who would even be blind enough to try to cross this terrifying woman? If there was indeed such a person and they ended up getting shot to death, then he or she deserved it for being dumb.
The moment she left, Wang Feng felt no less amount of tension leaving his body. As a matter of fact, his back was already drenched in cold sweat.
“Are you alright, Wang Feng?” When Tang Airou left, Bei Yunxue hurried over to him with a look of concern.
“Of course I’m alright,” Wang Feng said with a laugh. He reverted back to his normal self.
“You don’t know how scared I was just now! Damn it! You nearly scared me to death! If Airou was provoked so much that she really fired at you, I don’t know what I’d do to clean up the mess!” she said. Right now, her piercing eyes showed slight traces of post-traumatic stress.
Under normal circumstances, this bestie of hers was just like any other person. Heck, she could even be deemed as a top notch beauty who incited the lust of just about any man.
But when she got mad, not even Bei Yunxue, her best friend, had the nerve to be near her. After all, she was known as “the Babaric Policewoman of Zhu Hai City.”
“It’s alright now,” Wang Feng said. When he heard Bei Yunxue’s, he could not help but feel emotional.
Just now, when held at gunpoint by that crazy woman, to say that he had felt no fear or panic would be an outright lie. It was just that he concealed his emotion superbly, so much so that none of his fear showed.
Good thing the woman had not been crazy enough to really take the shot. Otherwise, he did not fancy his chances of dodging those high-speed bullets.
“Oh right, Sister Xue. Is there any food in the house? I hadn’t eaten anything since yesterday,” Wang Feng said a little sheepishly.
“There is,” Bei Yunxue said. “We didn’t manage to finish the stuff we bought last night. We did call you for dinner last night, but you never answered. So I saved your portion.”
As she spoke, Bei Yunxue headed into the kitchen. She heated up Wang Feng’s food with the microwave oven and then brought it out for him.
Wang Feng was touched when he saw the food in Bei Yunxue’s hands. Bei Yunxue really was a good woman. She had considered details like this for his sake.
But when he considered the fact that she was best friends with that crazy woman, a scowl returned to his face once again. It seemed to him like he should not allow those two to walk too close together. It would be far too dangerous.
