The Fantastic Super Vision

Chapter 49 Cruelty

Chapter 49 Cruelty

Wang Feng enfolded Bei Yunxue in his gentle embrace. Right now, he could practically feel her fear as well as her panic.

No women would be able to calm down easily after facing a situation like this. When Wang Feng saw the look of utter despair on Bei Yunxue’s pale face, he realized that today’s incident had dealt a huge blow to her.

Wang Feng sighed inwardly. He did not bother to offer her any words of consolation; he knew that right now, a warm embrace would be far more effective than any words he could come up with.

There was only one thing Wang Feng could do right now: punish that sick son of a bitch and have him pay for what he did to Sister Xue.

He Tian and his men were quick; it took them less than 20 minutes to get here. The same Bentley was now parked in front of the alley. He Tian got out of the car and headed towards them with a grim look on his face.

When Wang Feng called just now, He Tian could tell from Wang Feng’s voice that he was about to murder someone. That was why He Tian had brought a lot of men along with him this time.

When He Tian saw Wang Feng as well as the man lying in one corner of the alley, he immediately understood the real purpose he had been called here: obviously, he was here to clean up the mess.

“Brother He, please take this man away. Try not to let him die. I want to make his life a living hell,” Wang Feng said coldly. He Tian schooled his features and gave a pointed look to the henchman beside him.

The henchman understood the cue and dragged the man away.

“Don’t worry. I won’t let him die,” He Tian said before turning around to leave without asking about what happened.

It was very obvious what had just taken place here. He did not find any sense in pouring salt on other people’s wound.

“Come, Sister Xue. I’ll take you home now,” Wang Feng said. Then, without even asking for Bei Yunxue’s permission, he picked her up and carried her away.

At the villa district’s entrance, the security guard saw Wang Feng approaching the gates while carrying Bei Yunxue. He burst out of the booth instantly. He wanted to ask how Wang Feng managed to run so fast just now. “Like, damn. It looked straight out of a movie scene!” He thought.

He swallowed his question when he saw the murderous look in Wang Feng’s eyes.

“Pay constant attention to the security of Villa No. 11. If anything happens again, don’t bother coming to work anymore,” Wang Feng threw out those words to the guard and then carried Bei Yunxue indoors.

“What a pair of scary eyes,” the guard muttered to himself. Even after Wang Feng had left with Bei Yunxue in his arms, the guard’s face held a look of post-traumatic fear.

They were now inside Bei Yunxue’s room. “Sister Xue, please don’t go anywhere today. Stay home and rest. If there’s any emergency at all, call my phone and I’ll be here right away,” Wang Feng said. After that he left the room with a cold face.

Wang Feng rang He Tian’s cell, which got connected quickly. “Where?”

“Xin Yang Building. Someone will bring you in when you get here,” He Tian’s voice sounded from the speaker. His voice did not sound agitated.

“Got it,” Wang Feng said and then hung up. He left the villa.

At the entrance, the security guard jumped in fright when saw Wang Feng walking out with the same dark look as before. This time, he did not have to courage to go up to Wang Feng to ask anything. He closed his eyes and focused on his duties instead.

Wang Feng was no ordinary man, that much he knew. Whenever he came face to face with Wang Feng, he always had this unsettling feeling at the pit of his stomach, like he was about to be sent to hell any time.

The car pulled up in front of the Xin Yang Building. A man who, based on his manner of dress, seemed to be a henchman came up to Wang Feng. “Mr. Wang,” the man said, “the boss asked me to wait here for your arrival.”

“Lead the way,” Wang Feng said calmly.

In the end, Wang Feng arrived at Xin Yang Building’s basement under the watchful eyes of a lot of He Tian’s henchmen. Here, the entire space was filled with rooms which housed a lot of thugs, all of whom gave out badass vibes.

In fact, a lot of shady things were carried out here. In a way, this place was like a secret fortress or sorts. Nobody would expect such a place to hide in plain sight right beneath a glorious building like the Xin Yang Building.

The henchman brought Wang Feng into a secret chamber, which was pitch-black dark. At a glance, Wang Feng saw the man from the alley tied up to a chair.

The man’s face was drenched in blood and his entire body was tied up with ropes, which made him look like some kind of dumpling. Obviously, it was impossible for him to even move an inch in his current state.

“You’re here.” When he saw Wang Feng, He Tian leaped down from the table he had been standing on. Then he tossed the butt of his cigarette away.

Wang Feng glanced towards the unmoving man whose head was lowered. “Is he dead yet?” Wang Feng asked slowly.

“Nah. With me here, he won’t die. I won’t allow him to die that easily. You there!” He Tian shouted. “Bring some water here!” Soon, a guy brought in a basin of cold water with ice floating on the water’s surface.

“Pour it on him,” He Tian ordered, his face calm and without any change.

“Yes, sir.” The guy did not hesitate when he received He Tian’s order. The ice water splashed against the man dressed in black, drenching him.

The man in black was teetering against consciousness and death. He wished to die, but death just would not take him. At the same time, he could not bring himself to wake up, either. But after being stimulated by the ice water, he startled awake and saw Wang Feng and the others.

“How do you want to deal with him?” He Tian asked, his eyes held nothing but menace.

“Don’t worry about it. I’ll make him pay for what he did,” Wang Feng said with an eerie calmness.

However, despite Wang Feng’s outward calmness, He Tian could tell that Wang Feng was truly enraged right now. He Tian gave the captive a gloating look, and then, out of nowhere, he took out a packet of sunflower seeds and began munching on them; he seemed prepared to enjoy the show.

“Hehe. I admit that I’ve lost. In the end, I still fell into your hands,” said the man when he noticed Wang Feng’s presence. Since the man was a bachelor without any descendants or responsibilities, he quickly begged Wang Feng to give him a swift death.

Wang Feng laughed. “Now you’re begging? Don’t you think it’s too late?”

A cold-blooded look formed on Wang Feng’s face. A knife appeared in his hand; it was the exact same knife that he had disarmed and snatched from the man just now.

This son of a bitch had threatened Bei Yunxue with a knife; now Wang Feng would use this knife to slice the man up, torturing him until the point he begged for death.

Undoubtedly, such a deed might seem a tad bit cruel. But whenever he thought of the fact that Sister Xue had nearly been violated and driven to suicide out of shame, Wang Feng would feel an unstoppable urge to murder someone.

Not a single word was uttered after that. Before the man could even react, he saw a flash of white light before his eyes followed by a chilly sensation on his chest, which now sported a long and narrow gash. From the gash, blood, flesh and muscle tissue spilled forth.

Wang Feng’s movement was swift. So quick was the strike that the man in black did not even feel any pain when the blade landed on his chest. A wide gash had formed on his chest before he even felt the pain, which hit him a brief moment later. When the pain came, he hissed, clenching his jaw and baring his teeth. The excruciating pain engulfed and swept through every iota of his consciousness, nearly causing him to roar out loud.

He did not scream though; he knew that it would only excite Wang Feng further if he did.

This was textbook sadism; deriving pleasure from the pain and suffering of others.

“Hm?” Wang Feng thought.

Wang Feng was momentarily stunned at the man’s muteness, though he was too consumed with rage right now to pay attention to that minor detail. Wang Feng slashed again, this time, with much greater force. The man’s flesh split open; several ribs were noticeable amidst the blood and gore.

Behind Wang Feng, He Tian threw aside the snack that he had been munching on; he was hit by a wave of nausea. The sight of Wang Feng had He Tian’s blood running cold.

On the outside, Wang Feng had a gentle and scholarly temperament. And yet what He Tian saw took him by complete surprise. Now He Tian knew that deep down, Wang Feng was filled with cruelty and savagery. “Man, this is way too vicious,” he thought.

He Tian had killed people before, more than once, in fact. But never in his life had He Tian done what Wang Feng was currently doing: cutting a man alive in a way that was guaranteed to hurt but was also non-lethal.

Torturing a person in such a way would disrupt the natural order and go against all forms of human morality.

He Tian wanted to stop Wang Feng from going any further, but he swallowed his words when he saw Wang Feng’s cold expression.

He Tian could tell that this man had truly wronged Wang Feng. To be fair, any man would be enraged if someone tried to rape his woman.

He Tian dispelled all thoughts of stopping Wang Feng. He turned around instead, refusing to watch the abominable scene any second longer.

“Are you too scared to just kill me?” The man shouted, the pain evident in his voice.

Wang Feng chuckled. “From the moment you hurt her, my mind was already set on making your life a living hell! I’m a man of my word!”

Behind Wang Feng, He Tian could hear a few sounds of metal slicing through flesh. What he heard made his skin crawl.

It was obvious that Wang Feng had begun slashing again.

“Urrgh!” Sounds of retching and gagging could be heard.

Not even He Tian, a frigging mob boss, could bear to watch such a display of cruelty. He Tian’s poor henchmen were faring even worse; they all had their hands on their stomachs, retching and hurling out their stomach’s contents.

These guys had all seen blood before, and on a living person at that. But the sight of Wang Feng’s viciousness still made their bodies go cold, as if they were suddenly plunged into an ice cellar.

This Wang Feng was like Shinigami, the venerable god of Death. He could cut a man up with a straight face, and do so without so much as a flinch.

Even they, members of the underworld, could not help but be terrified by such a person. “Is he even human?”

“Wang Feng, don’t end up killing him. His death will only bring bad luck,” He Tian said. In truth, it was because he could no longer bear the sight any longer.

“Don’t worry. I won’t kill him,” said Wang Feng. All of a sudden, Wang Feng’s lips twisted into a strange smile. Following that, He Tian saw something that might just have him throwing up too.

It was as if Wang Feng had gone insane; the knife was relentless in its slashes, striking upon the man’s body again and again. In just a blink of an eye, Wang Feng had managed to deliver as many as ten slashes. The speed of his movements eluded even He Tian.

“Brother He, please transfer a bit of spiritual energy into him. That way, we can preserve this dog’s life,” Wang Feng said casually as he tossed the knife to the ground.

“Don’t tell me you’re still not done torturing him?” He Tian stared at Wang Feng with wide eyes, feeling as if this was his first time meeting Wang Feng.

“Nah. I won’t be torturing him anymore,” Wang Feng said with a shake of his head. Then he glanced at the man in black briefly and said, “I’ll hand him over to the cops. I’ll not only torture him and have him experiencing hell on Earth, but I’ll also bring him shame and taint his reputation!”

Wang Feng had uttered those words calmly. As a listener, though, He Tian was secretly surprised. “Man, it seems like this brother of mine isn’t someone to be trifled with,” He Tian thought. “So fucking brutal. Not even I myself came close to his level during my younger years.”

He Tian shot a glance towards the man in black who was obviously at the brink of death. In the end, he decided to act and heal the guy. No one had ever died here since Xin Yang Building was established. Surely, letting this bastard die here would bring bad luck.

He Tian had become Gui Jianchou’s disciple earlier than Wang Feng. Even though he had never learnt any true healing skills, he still knew a trick or two.

The man in black was stabilized swiftly. At least he would not die anytime soon.

Pulling out his phone, Wang Feng dialled Tang Airou straightaway.

This woman had been chasing after this guy all this while. Now, Wang Feng would send this psycho to her as a gift.

The call connected and Tang Airou’s listless voice came through.

“Who’s this?” Tang Airou sounded exhausted.

“It’s me,” said Wang Feng. He knew that the crazy woman did not know his number.

He had obtained Tang Airou’s number by scrolling through Bei Yunxue’s contact list before he left the villa.

Given how traumatized Bei Yunxue was right now, perhaps Tang Airou could provide her with some comfort.
