I recently completed a major rewrite of volume 1. While no new chapters have been added and there is no new content, what's there has been expanded upon in key areas, making volume 1 grow from 125,000 words to 146,000 words. If you are interested in going back and rereading the early chapters, there's no better time than now. However, if you don't have much interest in doing so, a list of the important changes is below.

If you do decide to go back and read through it, I would encourage you to add comments on things you think could be further improve.

Added more early questions to the system to make it clear how little direct information it will provide him.

Firmly established that the permanent reset point can only be moved forward in time.

Made the effects of early soul cultivation and the effects of growing his soul under the stressful conditions of chapter 10 more obvious.

Ch32: rules of stagnation and calcification clearly laid out, includes an edit to Emperor Du’s age in Ch112.

Cleaned up small inconsistencies with early alchemy and cultivation rules.

Did more to make clear that qi cultivation has a limited impact on enhancing the physical body.

Ch 45: Fasting and Restorative pills are all only Rank 1. Added information that prolonged use of such pills is detrimental to the body.
