Chapter 728 Greenhorn
The Soularn were a Primordial race that was mostly known for their Power of Soul Incineration. Dilan knew them because the Soularn was the reason for his father's white stigma. The white Stigma held the Power of Soul Incineration and his father had been able to use it well.
Just like the Galbian, the Soularn's entire body was covered with the stigma. However, contrary to the Galbian, they covered their entire body with an armor. Their head looked similar to Velociraptors with black skin. It was just that their snout was not as long as a Velociraptor's and that the back of their head was a little bit longer. Their eyes were golden and more than 50% of their body was covered with the white Stigma that granted them their strongest powers.
The Soularn were more than three meters tall and if one were to look closely, one could easily tell that their skin was rough in certain areas. It was almost as if their skin was a mixture between scales and thick human-like skin.
One of the two Soularn seemed much older than the other one, who felt a little bit inexperienced with the intimidation scheme compared to the other four Primordials.
He was one of the few Primordials that had been born a long time after the Universe had been given birth to.
eαglesnᴏνel However, that didn't mean he was weaker than the others. His Powers were the same as the more experienced Soularn!
It was just that he had never met so many powerhouses gathered on a small planet such as Milarn. Milarn may not be small for others but for the Primordials, it could only be considered a small yard. The vast majority of the known Universe was distributed between the Primordial races, after all!
But the other Primordials didn't seem to be affected by the large number of Ancients and other powerful existences that had appeared here.
"Don't make it too complicated for us and cut your soul link with Milarn on your own. It's not yet fortified so you won't sustain any permanent damage from cutting the soul link. You're the Undying, so you won't have any permanent injuries even if we destroy your soul.
You want to protect the Universe, don't you? We're doing exactly the same even if you may not think so. The number of Veils and Veilures is increasing steadily and we have better things to do than slaughter everyone here!" The Galbian said. He seemed to be the spokesperson of the five Primordials but that was fine for Dilan.
He looked at the Galbian and frowned deeply. He was not sure how strong the Primordials were now that their powers were restricted but he could go all out fighting as many people as he wanted. It wouldn't even matter if he got caught by the Primordials because the World Elemental would free him.
The World Elemental was not restricted and was already as strong as one unrestrained Primordial. At least that was what Dilan figured from everyone's comments about the World Elemental's power.
"First of all, fuck you!" Dilan said first things first, without caring about anything in the world. What would be the worst the Primordials could do to him right now? Kill him? Wow…that's almost scary!
Then he cleared his throat before he pointed at the five Primordials.
"If you guys don't want to slaughter each other that's fine, but I cannot promise what will happen between the Ancients and my allies. I promised that I won't interfere in their fight. They can beat the shit out of each other, while we take care of our problems. Don't you think that this would be for everyone's best?"
Dilan's provocation was ignored as well as possible. The five Primordials only heard what they wanted to hear and ignored the rest. That made it easier to control one's emotions and thus powers but it was also an annoying feature that made it difficult to converse with the stubborn pieces of Primordial flesh. That was what Dilan thought at least.
"Why are you making things so difficult? Just cut your soul link with Milarn right now and we will leave. We will even forgive you for the incident where you killed our guinea pig!" The younger Soularn said all of a sudden, his voice getting a little louder when speaking to Dilan.
He never met anyone who disregarded the prestige of a Primordial race. That was simply unheard of. Yet, a human who had yet to create his True Divinity was talking to the Primordials as if they were worth less than the dirt stuck in his boots' soles.
That irked the younger Soularn who was ready to beat the shit out of him.
Dilan noticed the wildly fluctuating emotions of the Soularn just like everyone else could tell easily, but he smiled instead of wearing a ghastly pale expression.
"I think you don't understand, greenhorn. I never said that I will voluntarily give up on my power. The only thing we can do to protect the Universe a little bit more is to move to a different place and solve this issue between the six of us while the Ancients and my allies will do their thing.
That is if you guys are truly interested in the future of the Universe. If not, we might as well stay here and start a massacre!"
There was no need for Dilan to play the nice guy. He didn't think highly of the Primordials, in the first place.
According to the 341st Queen's Image the Primordials had yet to act against the Veils and Veilures. The Galbian might be saying one thing and doing the exact opposite. Dilan couldn't know for sure.
However, what he knew for sure was that he didn't want the Primordials to continue to bother him or anyone around him.
It was time to fight for that, no matter how often he would die!
