Chapter 18 Short-Circuit In Brain.
Min Yue was feeling extremely heartbroken and sad upon hearing that Zhou Liying was leaving London.
If she was to go then what about her!
Zhou Liying entered her office and took her seat. Min Yue followed her and stopped opposite her table, looking down at her feet and lost in her thoughts.
Zhou Liying looked at her and raised her right brow in a perfect curve. She cleared her throat to get the attention of her secretary.
"You have something to say to me?" Zhou Liying inquired.
"Miss, can I accompany you as your assistant to Shanghai?" Min Yue raised her head and looked at Zhou Liying with hopeful eyes.
Zhou Liying dragged her chair close to the table and placed her hands over it, leaning close to Min Yue.
"And who told you, you are not accompanying me?" Zhou Lying smirked and her eyes flashed. "Have you taken me as a fool? You are my investment. I have worked so hard to nurture you, to make you a perfect secretary. I still am paying for the education of your brother."
"Do you think I will leave my investment here in London?" Zhou Liying straightened up and looked at Min Yue with emotionless eyes. "You have signed a slavery contract with me. You will be following me wherever I will go."
Instead of feeling sad or demotivated upon hearing the words of Zhou Liying, Min Yue grinned like a fool. Her eyes brightened up, cracks appeared in the corner.
When Zhou Liying offered her the job and gave her and her brother a life which they never had because of being orphans, Min Yue promised herself to always follow Zhou Liying.
She was very grateful to her. She was able to complete her education only because of Zhou Liying. And now, her brother was studying at Harvard, again all because of Zhou Liying.
"Stop standing there like a fool. Go out and prepare for our stay in Shanghai. You know what kind of accommodation I need." Zhou Liying ordered, trying to control the smile which wanted to crack on her lips, seeing the silly expression on the face of her assistant.
"Right away miss." Min Yue beamed and left the cabin of Zhou Liying, jumping like a kangaroo.
"Idiot." Zhou Liying looked at her secretary and shook her head.

The next day, Zhou BingBing, Zhou Liying, and Min Yue arrived at the private airport from where their private jet was going to take a flight. Zhou Yonge was also with them, to send off his princesses.
"Have you packed everything?" he inquired to Zhou Liying like a concerned father.
"Uncle, for how many times are you going to ask the same question?" Zhou Liying groaned and glared at him. "You have seen me packing all the stuff."
Zhou Yonge smiled and put forth another question, "what about accommodation?"
"Min Yue has already bought a penthouse for me." Zhou Liying replied with a roll of her eyes.
"You sure you don't want to stay at our mansion? You will not have any problem with staff or anything if you stayed there, you know." He looked at her with worry.
"Uncle, you know I don't like big mansions. I prefer penthouses. Now stop wasting my time. We are getting late." Zhou Liying groaned and hugged Zhou Yonge. She looked up at his face. "I will miss you, uncle. Quickly tie up the work in London and come to Shanghai."
"I will try my best." Zhou Yonge chuckled and hugged Zhou Liying tight. Zhou Bingbing also joined them in the hug.
"Now go, you will get late." With a smile on his lips, Zhou Yonge nudged his daughters toward the jet.
"Let's go." Zhou Bingbing lopped her arm in the arm of Zhou Liying and pulled her inside the jet, followed by Min Yue.
Zhou Yonge looked at them and removed his tears, feeling a little emotional.
Min Yue climbed the jet and was again in awe after seeing the private jet of Zhou's. She had already travelled on a private jet multiple times, all because of Zhou Liying, but still, she was amazed by it.
Min Yue was sure, after travelling so many times in the private jet, she would not be able to travel in a simple plane.
Zhou Liying walked toward the couch and took her seat. Slowly, the realization started to dawn upon her that finally, she was leaving for Shanghai.
She became anxious and her heart started to beat fast. Doubts started to appear in her mind, she looked out of the window. One part of her mind was screaming for her to miss the flight and to return to her penthouse in London.
"What happened?" Zhou Bingbing asked with concern when she saw sweat droplets on the forehead of Zhou Liying.
"Anxiety attack, I guess." Zhou Liying closed her eyes and placed her head against the seat. She started to take deep breaths.
"You should try to sleep. It will calm you down." Zhou Bingbing advised.
"Do you think, I will sleep on this couch when I have my private room on this jet?" Zhou Liying opened her eyes, turned her face toward Zhou Bingbing, and looked at her with a pointed look.
"You and your private room." Zhou Bingbing rolled her eyes. "God knows what will happen to you if God forbid, you lose this wealth one day. This richness has spoiled you."
"Nothing will happen to me because no one can snatch this wealth from my hands." Zhou Liying smirked with pride and again looked out from the window, and at the runway.
"Goodbye London, I will miss you." She looked at the city with emotional eyes.
Zhou Liying kept looking out from the window till the time they were flying, and the view of London city was out of her horizon.

Mu Yuehan's brain short-circuited when he received this piece of news from Wang Wei.
