Chapter 29: [Bad to Worse!]
"Argh!"
With a loud headache, I groaned before my eyes opened in the darkness surrounding the area. A red hue, then slowly entered my vision as the area became much more clearer.
Good thing was that I was still in the same place as I was before I passed out. The strange thing was that the light from the window had a strange red shade that coloured the entire room with a crimson hue.
Slowly pushing myself back up, I saw that furniture was still present where they were before, making it clear that no one had entered the room before. It made me calm down a little, before I pressed at my forehead trying to lessen the headache.
Closing my eyes, I kept massaging my forehead it slowly subsided. And when it was considerably low, I shook my head a little before taking a closer look at the surroundings. My eyes gazed at the small ventilation fan, through which the red light was coming inside the room.
Narrowing my eyes at that, I wondered what it could be. But since I couldn't figure it out, I decided to look at how much time has passed. Hopefully it's only been an hour-
[Time left for Tutorial to end: 42 Hours: 15 minutes: 17 Seconds!]
"…"
I rubbed my eyes to see that notification again, but it didn't change. Widening my eyes, I then sighed as I fell back on the floor.
"Shit!"
I cursed under my low breath. So many points missed.
Though I wanted to whine a little, I decided that there was no point in doing so. I mean I did take this into account, but since there was no mention in the description that I would pass out for 100 hours, I thought I wouldn't pass out.
"Not everything is mentioned in the description, I guess?" I thought about it but I guess I should be content with the fact that I was still alive. In a way it was a miracle in itself.
Speaking of miracles…

…
"This is good," I smiled as it had quite an effect. This should serve as a proper foundation for any mana skills that I want.
And with that done, I then moved towards the furniture as I began removing them one by one. I was a bit in a hurry because the number of players I observed on the [Map] was about 30 or something, all in the safe zone. And not in the outer field but in the school building.
They could probably be sleeping given it's the night time, but the red coloured light was making me a bit nervous. Plus I had no idea how much the tutorial had changed in the past few days, given how things rapidly progressed in the first 24 hours itself.
-Chap!
Walking out of the door, my foot stepped on the water that reached upto my ankle. Slowly the water entered into the room where I was, while my eyes observed the stairs to the first floor, submerged into the water.
Taking a deep breath, I took another step.
-Chap! Chap! Chap!
Since I couldn't go down, I decided to go up instead. One step at a time, I reached the roof of the two storied cafe that I was in, and then I opened up the door to the roof.
-Creeeaaaak!
With a creaking sound, the jammed door slowly opened up, showing me a view that I could have not expected even in 100 years of my life.
Floating stones in the air, with a red sky at the top. The ashen city, submerged into the water with only the 2 floored buildings or above visible to the eyes. The air was pungent, filled with a sulfur smell, while the floating pitch black clouds seemed to be alive at the moment.
But that was only the beginning of what seemed the end of the world.
Monsters, the same flying type that I saw on day one, were flying in the air all around. At least a dozen of them, circling the entire city. There were smaller ones as well. Dinosaurs like bony monsters, present everywhere in the sky like vultures. Waiting for their prey to come out of the nest.
I could see about one of them on the next building as well. Their height was roughly around 5 meters, but they were rather bony with most of their mass present in their giant wings.
Walking a bit closer to the edge, I saw that there was something in the water as well. Probably another type of monster, which made me sigh a little. Even though the safe zone was about 3 miles away, the difficulty to reach there was increased by 10.
I could see the 2 dozen flying monsters circling that area as well.
So. Going by the water is not the best choice, and the destination is a dozen times more dangerous than here right now. Even if we were to stay here, nobody knows how things will proceed in the last days of the tutorials.
"All right. So, what should be my next move here?" I thought as I began planning my next move.
